West Ham become first Premier League side to feature on The Simpsons

West Ham became the first Premier League club to appear on The Simpsons on Sunday evening.

The club featured in 'The Day The Earth Stood Cool', the seventh episode of the long-running animated series shown on Sky1.

The episode saw a large West Ham United banner hanging above the bed of new neighbour T-Rex. The room also featured a claret drumkit and bedroom carpet.

The club today tweeted: "West Ham United were delighted to be featured in The Simpsons episode 'The Day The Earth Stood Cool' on Sunday!"
