Manchester United full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka has withdrawn from the England squad due to an issue with his back.

The 21-year-old, signed from Crystal Palace over the summer for a fee of £50million, was handed his first call up to the senior squad last month after impressing for United early in the season.

Wan-Bissaka has played every minute in Manchester United's four opening Premier League defeats, making his debut for the club in the 4-0 win over Chelsea on the opening day of the season.

The Three Lions continue their qualification campaign for the 2020 European Championships this month, facing Bulgaria at Wembley before taking on Kosovo at Southampton's St. Mary's Stadium.

Wan-Bissaka met with the rest of the England squad at St. George's Park on Monday but has now returned to Manchester.

Manager Gareth Southgate will not call upon a replacement for the two qualifiers, with Liverpool's Trent Alexander-Arnold and Atletico Madrid's Kieran Trippier available at right back. Manchester City full back Kyle Walker was left out of the squad.
