Katie Price set to make pantomime debut as ‘Wicked Fairy’ in Sleeping Beauty
Katie Price has revealed that she is to make her pantomime debut in a production of Sleeping Beauty.
The former glamour model will tread the boards for the first time this December as she takes on the role of the ‘Wicked Fairy’ at the New Victoria Theatre in Woking, opposite Anita Dobson.
The mother-of-five has admitted that her family are more excited about her taking to the stage than she is.
In a statement about the new project, she said: “I'm not sure who's more excited about my role in panto, me or the kids!

“They’re going to enjoy it so much seeing me up on stage, although they might find it strange that I'm being so evil.
“Sleeping Beauty is one of the kids' favourite stories and I simply couldn't resist the opportunity. The people of Woking better watch out as I'm coming to getcha!”

Price, 37, who is no stranger to dressing up in weird and wacky costumes, posed in a red sequined outfit in a promo shot for the production.
Earlier this week, the star admitted that she was keen to keep on having children for as long as she can.
During an interview with AOL, she said: “I'm going to keep going until the doctor says I can't have anymore.
“I love the responsibility of all of my kids, I just love it. I love it that they look at me and they love me. It's unconditional love.”
