Geri Horner debuts baby bump as she joins husband Christian at Attitude Awards

Geri Horner debuted her baby bump as she joined her husband Christian Horner at the Attitude Awards.

Geri, 44, stepped out for the annual bash near London's Trafalgar Square just hours after announcing the news that she is expecting her first child with the Red Bull Formula 1 Team Principal.

The former Spice Girls singer - who already has daughter Bluebell 10 - looked stunning in a navy blue gown with a jewelled neckline as she picked up the Honorary Gay Award.

Geri borrowed a lyric from her single It’s Raining Men to reveal that she is pregnant.

She posted a black and white sketch of a woman with a baby bump on Instagram alongside the caption: “God bless Mother Nature #mamaspice.”

Her publicist said in a statement: “They are absolutely delighted to announce they are expecting their first child together.

“The couple is overjoyed with the good news and cannot wait to welcome the newest addition to their family."

Geri was reunited with her friend and former bandmate Emma Bunton who cradled her baby bump at Monday night’s event.

Bunton presented Geri with her award which Attitude dished out to her for being "as close to being a gay man as it’s possible to be".

Speaking on the red carpet ahead of the ceremony, Bunton told BANG Showbiz that she was overjoyed to discover that Geri is pregnant.

"I've known for a while and I've had to keep it a secret, so it's wonderful that it is out in the open," she said.

"I'm over the moon, she is going to be an amazing mum, for the second time. I'll be babysitting but we are all working mums so she doesn't need any advice from me. It's very exciting."

Other attendees at the ceremony included Myleene Klass, Katie Piper, Fearne Cotton, Kelly Brook and Robbie Williams.
