If you're watching the tennis at Wimbledon, no doubt you're huddled under an umbrella and in need of a caffeine kick to see you through the rest of the games.

Really this should come in the form of something hot and steaming but instead we suggest you get started on an Espresso Granita and hope the sun will come out.

If you haven't come across one before, it's like a high-end, thickened slush puppy made with tiny ice crystals and usually found somewhere inside a Sicilian ice cream counter. This one is a rather pared-down version of the Italian original, made with a single shot of Lavazza espresso, some sugar, vanilla and lots of ice. You can get it at the Baseline Café within the All-England grounds during the Championships until July 3.

As it is limited edition, it's the only place you'll get it in London like this until next year ...
