If you need to change any of the details with which you registered
on the panel (e.g. your name, your email address or postal address),
email the London Voice Team on londonvoice@londonvoice.co.uk

When I click on the link in the email to access
the questionnaire, it doesn’t come up Alternatively, you may not be able to access the questionnaire because your computer is blocking you from doing so. This could be the case if you are at work and they have controls on the kinds of sites you can access. You could forward your email invite to another email address (perhaps you have a home email) so you can access the link from another computer outside of work. When I click on the link to the questionnaire
it says that the page cannot be displayed or cannot be accessed

This is My Voice is a forum for London Voice members. The forum is available to members 24 hours a day and you can choose to visit the forum as often as you like. The forum area is for Voice members to put their opinions across or share views with others on anything you like. For example, you could forum about London, UK or World issues that are important to you, something you have seen in the news that morning, how you spend your time whether in London or out of London as well as what you think of the London Voice panel or the Evening Standard. We really want you to make this your area where you choose what to discuss. From time to time, the team at the Evening Standard may also post topics up for you to comment on or we might send you an email to invite you to come and take part in a discussion on a particular day or at a particular time. How do I take part? To get to the forum, simply click on the Go button which you will find on the area of the London Voice panel called This is My Voice. You will need to enter a password to get into the forum which is sent to you once you have registered and been accepted as a member of London Voice. If you ever forget your password, email our helpdesk londonvoice@londonvoice.co.uk Once in the forum area you can: 1) Read the latest topic which appears in the white area of the screen. Click 'Comments' to see what others have written (unless you are the first person). Scroll down to the bottom of the comments to add your own 2) Choose one of the topic areas in the menu bar down the left hand side of the screen (by clicking on the one that interests you). Scroll to the bottom to comment yourself. Making a comment This is your forum so you can decide what appears against the comments you make. Before making a comment you can enter your name and email address - but you do not have to if you prefer to remain anonymous. You can for example give yourself a nick name and leave the email blank. Top tip: If you tick the box 'Remember personal info' you will only need to enter this info the first time you take part. If you are going to keep the forum open to see if anyone else is making comments, refresh your web browser from time to time by pressing the F5 key or going to the View menu and selecting Refresh. Who sees the forum area? Other panel members, the London Voice team who manage and run your London Voice panel and people who work at the Evening Standard. Do try to be as honest as you can in the forum area - the Evening Standard are keen to hear all your comments and ideas whether positive or negative. Privacy when using the forum area The London Voice forum is different to other types of research you will take part in as a result of being on the London Voice panel. Your identity is always kept confidential when you take part in any of the questionnaires we send you. With the forum area however, you can choose to put your full name and email against any of the comments you make. If you wish to remain anonymous, you can also choose to create a nick name for yourself or not to put an email address at all. We felt it was important that it was your choice as the forum area is for you to bring your ideas forward (hence why you may want to have them attributed to you by putting your name against them). We should make clear however that we will protect your privacy in other ways when you take part in the forum:
Simply close the window in which the forum appears using the x in the top right hand corner. You can get back to the London Voice panel site by clicking on 'Back to London Voice' in the menu bar on the left hand side of the forum.
