Taste assessment: Cupcakes are, if not ten a penny – they’re far more expensive - at least ubiquitous. And many are over sweet, over-topped and over-coloured. Sweet Redemption is however a very classy cake-maker. The sponge is moist and the ingredients natural – including free range eggs. It’s hard to choose from a pretty range that includes double chocolate, rose and vanilla and gluten-free almond, but I fell for the lemon ones, with a little dollop of curd inside. Delivered by courier. Good for an office birthday.
